Localized Alert: Boil Water Order in Effect August 28/29

Water service has been restored as of 10 AM on August 28. A Boil Water order is in effect and remains in place until further notice while water system testing is conducted.

This notice applies to the following streets:

  • NE Fields Pl (North side)
  • Navaho Ln
  • NE Spring St (400 to 600 block)
  • NE Tillison Dr

Please note that the following streets, initially notified, were NOT affected after all:

  • NE Cherry St (300 and 400 block)
  • Dewalt Dr
  • NE Estes Ave (800 to 1000 block)
  • NE Fields Ave (800 and 900 block)
  • NE Harmony Ln
  • NE Spring St (300 block)
  • NE Stauch Ave
  • NE Wisconsin St (300 and 400 block)

 

Test results are expected by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, August 29, 2025. If any delays occur, an additional notice will be issued.

During this time:

  • Use bottled water or boiled water for drinking, food preparation, and cooking.
  • To ensure safety, bring tap water to a full rolling boil for at least 1 minute, then allow it to cool before use.
  • You may notice discolored water or air in the pipes once service is restored; if so, run cold water until it clears.
