The City seeking the services of a consulting firm to conduct a feasibility study for a new community center that would provide opportunities for a multi-functional facility that serves the Community of White Salmon. The space would include opportunities for the Washington Gorge Action Program Youth Center and the White Salmon City Council. The complete Request for Qualifications/Proposals is available under "Supporting Documents" below. Proposals are due by Monday, December 13, 2021. For more information contact Jan Brending at janb@ci.white-salmon.wa.us.
Amendment #1
Please do not include a "Cost Proposal" with the Qualifications/Proposal to the city. Because this project may involve submittals by architectural and/or engineering firms, the city must base its evaluation on qualifications and the proposal without the costs proposal at this time. Once the city has identified a consultant it would like to work with based on the evaluations, it will negotiate with the consultant to establish a cost proposal for the project at that time.
The page number limitation is based on single-sided pages. Please do not submit a 20-page proposal (using 10 double-sided pages).
Section E.1.i, the requirement for three references can be the same three references provided in response to E.1.g.
