Agenda Overview: Council will be considering a new agreement with Klickitat County for cost share for probation services, declaring unused city equipment as surplus to sell or dispose of, and holding a public hearing on proposed updates to council committees. The updates are aimed at increasing public visibility and improving how committees function and get work done.

ORDINANCE 2026-05-1187 Amending WSMC 2.20.010 – Committees.

Notice is hereby given that the City of White Salmon City Council will hold a public hearing to consider Ordinance No. 2026-05-1187, amending WSMC 2.20.010 – Committees.

The public hearing will be held on Wednesday, May 6, 2026, at 6:00 PM at the White Salmon Fire Hall, 119 NE Church St., White Salmon, WA, and via teleconference. Interested persons are invited to attend and provide testimony in person or submit written comments prior to the hearing to City Clerk Erika Castro-Guzman at erikac@whitesalmonwa.gov. A copy of the proposed ordinance is available in the "Agenda Packet" link below.
