Traffic Alert: N Main Street Closure March 30 – April 3

The City of White Salmon is notifying the public of a temporary road closure on a portion of N Main Street.

A small section of N Main Street will be closed Monday, March 30, through Friday, April 3, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM daily. The closure is necessary to support construction activities related to the North Main Booster Project, which is part of ongoing efforts to improve the City’s water infrastructure.

The affected area is located between the north entrance to Hunsaker’s Oil and Innovative Composite Engineering.

Travelers are encouraged to plan ahead, allow extra travel time, and use alternate routes where possible, such as NW Spring Street or E Jewett Blvd. Local access may be limited during work hours, and drivers should use caution when traveling near the construction zone.

The City appreciates the community’s patience and understanding as this important infrastructure work is completed.
