City Hall Closure
Due to staffing shortages, City Hall will be closed today, Thursday, July 2. Normal business hours (9 a.m. - 5 p.m.) will resume on Monday, July 6.
Utility payments (due July 20) may still be made online at any time through XpressBillPay or placed in the drop box, located on the north side of City Hall in the drive-through alley.
To get started, visit the City’s Paperless Billing and Online Payment Services Page, where you can register or log in to your account, view your bill, and submit a payment securely.
