The White Salmon Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to receive public testimony and make a recommendation on the proposed ordinance described below. All interested persons may appear at the hearing and provide oral or written testimony.

Project Summary

Ordinance:                 Ordinance No. 2026-09-1189

Description:                Proposal to amend White Salmon Municipal Code Chapters 5.02 and 17.57 regarding short-term rentals (STRs) in commercial zones. The amendment would allow single-family homes in the Commercial zone to operate a STR, and further limit the number of STRs allowed in larger apartment buildings.
