NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

ORDINANCE 2026-03-1185 Amending Hearing Examiner Process

Notice is hereby given that the White Salmon City Council will hold a Public Hearing regarding Ordinance 2026-03-1185 regarding the Hearing Examiner framework at its regularly scheduled meeting on March 18, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. The primary purpose of this update is to establish a Hearing Examiner framework applicable to both quasi-judicial and contested administrative determinations arising under the White Salmon Municipal Code. The city will meet in person and via teleconference at the White Salmon Fire Hall located at 119 NE Church St, White Salmon, WA. Any individual who wishes to testify in person or via teleconference will be allowed to do so.
