Governor Inslee Issues Memo Clarifying Implementation of Phase 1 Construction Restart

Governor Inslee has issued a memorandum today, April 29, 2020 clarifying implemtnation of Phase 1 Construction Restart including a Frequently Asked Questions document. Both of these documents are on the city's COVID-19 webpage under "Supporting Documents."
